Profile

Heng You received the B.S. degree in the Department of Electronic Science and Technology, University of Science and Technology of China, Hefei, China, in 2016. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in the Institute of Microelectronics of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China.

His current research interests are in low-power digital circuits.

Dr. You is a graduate student member of IEEE, and also a student member of the Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers (IEICE).
