    Mahmood A. Mohammed (S’08) received his B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering and his M.S.E.E. in Electrical Engineering from Princess Sumaya University for Technology (PSUT) with highest honors in 2011 and 2014, respectively. He is currently conducting his PhD in The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at McGill University - Montreal, Canada. In 2011 he was an intern with the Ergonomics research group at the department of Mechanical Engineering, University of South Australia (UniSA), Adelaide- Australia. Between 2013 and 2015 he conducted a collaborative independent research with the Nano-electronics Research Group at the University of Melbourne – Australia. He has authored and co-authored 16 technical refereed journal and conference reputable publications in the field of analog and mixed signal circuits design and device physics (such as: Nature – Scientific Reports, IEEE Journal of electron Devices, Nanoscale, etc.). His research interests are in the field of CMOS analog circuits design, VLSI design and device physics. During his PhD and M.S.E.E, he worked as a teaching assistant at the department of Electrical Engineering at McGill University and at PSUT for Electronics, Digital Electronics and Communication Electronics courses. Mr. Mohammed received full scholarships, awarded to outstanding students, in order to complete his B.Sc. and M.S.E.E degrees at PSUT, and now he is a holder of McGill Engineering Doctoral Award (MEDA) to complete his PhD.
