Profile

Matthias Eberlein received the German Diplom in Semiconductor Electronics in 1995. He started his career with Infineon in Munich, working on 3G mobile IPs, and later had assignments in Germany and Asia. Currently he is with Apple Germany, and in parallel studies at the JKU in Linz/Austria towards a PhD on thermal sensor topics. Matthias authors about 30 patents, and is recipient of the first "IEEE Brokaw Award for Circuit Elegance" in 2020. His main research interest is on low-power, sensor and biasing circuits.
