Bio
Erya Deng received the Ph.D. degree in nano-electronics and nano-technologies from the University of Grenoble Alpes, France, in 2017. She received the M.S. degree in electronic systems for integrated sensors and engineer’s degree in electronics and embedded systems from the University of Paris-Sud, France, in 2013. Her interest includes hybrid CMOS/magnetic circuits for memory and logic applications. She is now a researcher in charge of design and working in a research project of MRAM chip at Beihang University.
