Prior to this, she worked as an Assistant Professor at IIT Goa in the School of Electrical Sciences since Aug. 2018 and at IIIT Delhi from Feb. 2016 to Aug.2018. She received Ph.D. degree from Faculty of Engineering University of Porto, Portugal in Dec. 2014. After Ph.D, she worked as a postdoctoral researcher at CENIMAT, FCT-UNL, Portugal until Jan. 2016, where she was actively involved in various EU and national projects. She was the winner of Fraunhofer national PhD award from Portugal and recipient of Early Career Research grant from SERB, India. Her work resulted in more than 40 scientific papers in international journals and conferences. Her research interests include Analog/Mixed signal circuit design with Emerging and CMOS technologies, Large-area flexible and transparent electronics, Hardware Security, Devices and Device modeling. With respect to oxide electronics, she has been demonstrating innovative circuit topologies tackling the intrinsic limitations of low-temperature n-MOS only transistor technology, enabling for instance rail-to-rail operation, high-gain amplifiers and 13.56 MHz RFID operating frequencies. She is supervising 3 PhD students and 10 Master students and few undergrads have been graduated under her supervision.
