Biography
Xueqing Li is currently an Associate Professor honored with The National Overseas Early-Career Award in The Department of Electronic Engineering, Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, where he received the B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in 2007 and 2013, respectively. Between 2013 and 2017, he was a postdoctoral researcher at Penn State University. His interests include high-performance mixed-signal CMOS circuits, memory-centric computing, and other cross-layer circuit and system designs using emerging beyond-CMOS devices. Dr. Li has over 90 publications and holds 20 US and China patents. Dr. Li is the recipient of several Best Paper Award and teaching award. Dr. Li served as a TPC or organizing committee member in a few conferences. He is a Senior Member of IEEE.
