Profile

Thomas Bohnstingl received a B.Sc. and a M.Sc. degrees in Computer Science from TUG (Graz University of Technology) in Graz, Austria. Furthermore, he holds a B.Sc. degree in Physics from TUG.

He is currently a predoctoral student in the Cloud & Computing Infrastructure department of IBM and under the supervision of Prof. Wolfgang Maass (TUG). His research focus is on learning theories in neural networks and on realizing advanced neuronal models utilizing neuromorphic computing with non-volatile memory devices.
