Profile

He received the B.Sc. degree in Electronics Engineering from Istanbul Technical University (Istanbul, Turkey) in 2014. He received the M.Sc. degree in Microelectronics from University of Pavia (Pavia, Italy) in April 2017, and he obtained a grant from the University of Pavia in collaboration with STMicroelectronics (Studio di Microelettronica), to research and develop a 112Gb/s PAM-4 receiver front-end in 7nm FinFET. Since October 2017, he is a Ph.D. student in Microelectronics at University of Pavia, under supervision of Prof. Andrea Mazzanti. His current research activity is focused on the design of mm-Wave BiCMOS ICs, with particular emphasis on Power Amplifiers for D-Band Communication.
