    Bio-Sketch:

    Mohamed El-Hadedy received the BSc and MSc degrees from the Mansoura University, Egypt, in 2002 and 2006, respectively, and the PhD degree in electrical and computer engineering from the Telematics Department, Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Trondheim, Norway, in 2012. He worked as a research associate postdoctoral at the University of Virginia, Charlottesville (July 2014 to December 2015). After that, he joined the coordinated science laboratory at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign as a research scientist (December 2015 to now). Currently, Dr. El-Hadedy is an assistant professor at the ECE-department, college of engineering at the California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. His main research interests include FPGA-based accelerator design for cryptography, signal/image processing, robotics, and genomics.
