Profile

Nour Aburaed is a holder of BSc degree in computer engineering and MSc degree in electrical and computer engineering, with a thesis focused on "High-ISO Image De-noising and Quantum Image Processing". Currently, she is working as a research assistant at Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Centre (MBRSC) based at the University of Dubai. She is also a PhD student at the University of Strathclyde. Her current areas of interest include: remote sensing, hyperspectral imagery, image processing, machine learning, convolutional neural networks, classification, object detection, semantic segmentation, and data analytics.
