Profile

Marcel Runge received the B.Sc. in 2013 and the M.Sc. in 2015, respectively, both in electrical engineering. In 2014, he worked at the Silicon Valley, USA based startup Aquantia Corp, where he contributed to the 10GBase-T Ethernet transceiver. In 2015, he was with KLA-Tencor, USA where he evaluated ultra-high resolution CCD sensor-readout architectures. Mr. Runge co-founded the IC4X GmbH, which is specialized in the development of high performance analog and mixed-signal circuits and systems. Since 2016, he is pursuing a PHD at the Technische Universität Berlin, Germany where his research activities centric around high-resolution and wide-band data converters with special emphasis on efficient calibration techniques. Mr. Runge is a technical program committee member of the IEEE ICECS since 2019.
