Biography
Ming ZHANG received the M.Sc. degree in telecommunications and signal processing from Xidian University, Xi’an, China, in 1985, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering, from University of Paris-Sud, France, in 1994. She was an Associate Professor with the Beijing Information Engineering Institute, Beijing Chine, from 1985 to 1989, and the Ecole National Supérieur d’Electronique et de Radioélectricité de Bordeaux, France, from 1994 to 2001. Since 2002, she has been an associate professor in University of Paris-Sud, France. Her current research interests include the study of analogue non-volatile memory, integrated voltage-to-voltage converter, micro-electromecanical systems sensors and integrated micro system for medical applications.
Dr. Zhang was a recipient of the IBM France Prize in 2003 for her contribution in voltage-to-voltage converters and she holds a U.S. patent on voltage-to-voltage converters.
