    Bio

    Pietro Ibba received the bachelor’s degree in Industrial Biotechnologies (2015), and master’s degree in Food Quality and safety (2017), from Tuscia University, Viterbo, Italy. Now he is conducting a Ph.D. in food engineering and biotechnology at University of Bolzano-Bozen at the Sensing Technologies Lab-oratory. His current research work is focusing on the development of Electrical Impedance Spectroscopy methods for the characterization of fruit quality.
