Profile

Manh-Hung Ha is a lecturer of Information Technology of Department at the University of Thai Nguyen, Vietnam since 2009. He received the B.S. degree in information communication technology from Information Communication and Technology of University, Vietnam, and the M.S. degrees in Information Communication Technology from University of Paris 13, France, in 2009 and 2014, respectively. He currently pursuing the Ph. D. degree under the supervision of Prof. Oscal T.-C. Chen in the Department of Electrical Engineering, National Chung Cheng University, Taiwan. His research interests include image processing, computer vision, machine learning and knowledge engineering.
