Profile

Yongxiang Xia (M'04-SM'16) received his B.Eng. and Ph.D. degrees in Electronic Engineering in 1998 and 2004, respectively, both from Tsinghua University, China. After that, he worked with the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, the Australian National University, and Zhejiang University. He joined Hangzhou Dianzi University in 2019 as a Professor.

Prof. Xia's research interests are in the area of Network Science and Engineering, including link prediction, network traffic analysis, robustness and optimization of complex networked systems. He is a member of IEEE Nonlinear Circuits and Systems Technical Committee and IEEE Power and Energy Circuits and Systems Technical Committee. He is an Associate Editor of IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems II: Express Briefs, and an Editorial Board member of Scientific Reports. He served as the Track co-Chair for the IEEE 2019 International Symposium on Circuits and Systems (ISCAS 2019).
