Wei Xing Zheng the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from Southeast University, Nanjing, China in 1989. He is currently a Professor at the Western Sydney University, Sydney, Australia. He is a Fellow of IEEE. He has been an Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems-I: Fundamental Theory and Applications, IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems-II: Express Briefs, and IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems-I: Regular Papers. He served as the Chair of IEEE Circuits and Systems Society’s Technical Committee on Neural Systems and Applications and as the Chair of IEEE Circuits and Systems Society’s Technical Committee on Blind Signal Processing.
