Ettore Napoli (M’15–SM’15)

received the Ph.D. degree in electronic engineering in 1999, the Electronic Engineering degree (Hons.) in 1995, and the Physics degree (Hons.) in 2009.

He was a Research Associate with the Engineering Department, University of Cambridge, U.K., in 2004.

Full Professor with the University of Napoli Federico II since 2020.

He has authored or coauthored more than hundred articles published in international journals and conferences. His scientific research interests include the modeling and design of power semiconductor devices and VLSI circuit design.
