    Nicola Lupo was born in Bari, Italy, in 1978. He received the Laurea degree in electrical engineering from the Politecnico di Bari, Italy, in 2003, the Post-Graduate degree in design of mechatronic systems from the Politecnico di Milano, Cremona, Italy, in 2006, and the Ph.D. degree in microelectronics from the University of Pavia, Italy, in 2018. He joined the Philips Natlab Laboratories, Eindhoven, The Netherlands, for his graduation project, where he was involved in developing innovative design concepts for digital logic manufactured with organic semiconductors. From 2003 to 2006, he was with Carlo Gavazzi Space, Milan, Italy, for the HW/SW integration of electronic boards for space applications. From 2006 to 2008, he was with STMicroelectronics, Agrate, Italy, with a focus on embedded memory design. In 2008, he joined the Italian Ministry of Defense as a Technical Officer. After his Ph.D. he joined as Post-Doctoral Researcher the University of Pavia, carrying on research activities on modeling and design of emerging memories and design techniques for radiation-hardened volatile and non-volatile memories. He is currently Senior Analog Engineer at STMicroelectronics, Milan, Italy.
