Moïse Safari Mugisho received the National Diploma, B.Tech., and M.Eng. degrees in electrical engineering from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology, Cape Town, South Africa, and the M.Sc. degree in electrical and electronic systems engineering from ESIEE, Paris, France. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in high-frequency electronic at Queen’s University Belfast, Belfast, U.K., He was a Research Assistant and a Junior Lecturer with the Cape Peninsula University of Technology in 2016 and 2017. He was a recipient of the Student Paper Award from the IEEE INMMIC conference.
