Ayesha Mayhugh is a seasoned executive with more than two decades of experience in the semiconductor industry. She currently holds the position of Managing Director and Partner at HEXA Global Ventures, where she is responsible for supporting tech start-ups and entrepreneurs through the incubation and acceleration process. Ayesha is also responsible for managing the portfolio companies and investments for the HEXA group of companies, which includes several innovative HR and Health techs.

Ayesha has a proven track record of success in innovating design and managing product development from conception to market launch across diversified set of customers in industrial, automotive, consumer and university markets. She is known for her ability to stay ahead of emerging technologies and market trends and leverage insights to create differentiated products and solutions. Her expertise has made her a thought leader in the industry.

Outside of her work, Ayesha is passionate about mentoring girls and is a STEM advocate. She served on the High Tech High Heels board from 2018-2022 and funds various STEM clubs and activities to encourage young women to pursue careers in STEM fields. Ayesha earned her Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Bombay and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
