Profile

Supriya Chakraborty received the B.Tech. degree in electronics and communication engineering from the West Bengal University of Technology, Kolkata, India, in 2010, and the M.Tech. degree in Sensor System Technology from the Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore, India, in 2014. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the NVM & Neuromorphic Hardware Research Group, Department of Electrical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, India. His current research interest includes emerging Non-Volatile Memory characterizations, hardware security.
