Sheiny Fabre Almeida received his Bachelor's, Master of Science degrees from the Federal University of Santa Catarina. at Santa Catarina, Brazil, in 2016 and 2019, respectively.

Currently, he is a Ph.D. computer science student at the Federal University of Santa Catarina, having spent 6 months as a visiting student at the University of Calgary, Canada, in 2022.

His research interests are learning models for routability, optimization algorithms, open source EDA tools, and algorithms for placement and routing.
