Profile

Gwennael Diverrez was born in Limoges, France, in 1995. He received in 2019 the Electronic engineer and M.Sc degrees from ENSEIRB-MATMECA/Bordeaux INP, France and the University of Bordeaux, France, respectively. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the Integration from Material to Systems Research Center (IMS Laboratory), University of Bordeaux, France in collaboration with STMicroelectronics, Crolles, France. His current research interests include the design of RF power amplifiers in CMOS SOI technology for 5G communications, the development of efficiency enhancement techniques for power amplifiers and innovatives reconfigurables hybrid couplers topologies.
