Profile

Pablo Jiménez-Fernández received the B.S. degree in electronic, robotic and mechatronic engineering and the M.S. degree in microelectronics from the University of Seville, Seville, Spain, in 2019 and 2020, respectively. He is a Ph.D. student since 2020, from the University of Seville, Seville, Spain. In 2018, he joined Woodswallow, Seville, Spain, where he worked in the R&D Department as software developer of smart meters for EDMI Ltd, developing embedded systems with zigbee communication. In 2020, he joined Institute of Microelectronics of Seville, Spain, as junior analog and mixed signal designer, where he started the doctoral thesis on SerDes systems for multi-gigabit automotive applications. In 2021 he joined KDPOF Ltd., Madrid, Spain, which develops transceivers for Gigabit Ethernet links over POF and optical fiber. There, in the Analog and Mixed Signal Department, he continues his doctoral thesis.
