Mr. Shubham Pande is a Ph.D. scholar in the electrical engineering department of IIT Madras. Mr. Pande's doctoral research primarily focuses on the characterization and modeling of Resistive Random Access Memory(RRAM) devices for neuromorphic applications. In addition, he is involved in developing a low-cost BiCMOS process, electrothermal analysis, and modeling in SiGe HBTs. Mr. Pande is the recipient of the prestigious Prime minister research fellowship funded by the Government of India. He is also a recipient of the Fulbright Nehru doctoral research fellowship.
