Profile

Roya Alizadeh received her B.Sc. degree from Amirkabir University of Technology (Tehran Polytechnic), Iran, and two M.Sc. degrees of Telecommunications from K.N. Toosi university of technology Tehran, Iran, and Microelectronics from École Polytechnique de Montréal. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. degree with École Polytechnique de Montréal. She got an NSERC award to pursue her graduate study. She has a wide range of industrial and research experience in Microelectronics, Telecommunications, Clouds and IoTs. Recently, she is more focused on architectural design and efficient implementation of AI/ML algorithms in smart cities and achieve low-latency IoT solutions.
