Profile

Ayoub AIT IHDA was born in Casablanca, Maroc, in 1995. He received M.Sc degree in integrated circuits and systems from Bordeaux Institute of Technology, Bordeaux, France, in 2018. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. degree at the Integration from Material to Systems Research Center (IMS), University of Bordeaux, Bordeaux, France. His research interests include the design of VCOs, oscillator phase noise, and analog IC design in FD-SOI CMOS technology for space applications.
