Profile

Pengcheng Zhang (Student Member, IEEE) was born in Anhui, China, in 1991. He received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering and M.S. degree in control science and engineering from Tiangong University, Tianjin, China, in 2013 and 2016. He is currently working towards his Ph.D. degree at Hebei University of Technology, Tianjin, China. Since Nov. 2017 to Dec. 2019, he was a visiting researcher with the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, Georgia, USA. His main research interests include wireless power transfer based on magnetic resonance and its applications in EV charging.
