Biography
Wen-Liang Hsue was born in 1966 in Taipei, Taiwan, Republic of China. He received the B.S. degree in 1988 in electrical engineering, the M.S. degree in 1993 in electrical engineering, and the Ph.D. degree in 2008 in communication engineering, all from the National Taiwan University (NTU), Taipei, Taiwan.
From 1995 to 2000, he was with the Directorate General of Telecommunications, Taiwan. From 2000 to 2009, he was a Lecturer in the Department of Electronic Engineering, Lan-Yang Institute of Technology, I-Lan, Taiwan. Since 2009, he has been an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering, Chung Yuan Christian University, Chung-Li, Taiwan. His current research interests include fractional signal transforms, digital signal processing, digital image processing and digital halftoning.
