Profile

Utsav Banerjee received the B.Tech. degree in electronics and electrical communication engineering from IIT Kharagpur in 2013, and the S.M. degree in electrical engineering and computer science from MIT in 2017, where he is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree.

His research interests are efficient cryptographic hardware architectures, security protocols and software-hardware co-design.

He was awarded the President of India Gold Medal in 2013, the MIT Presidential Fellowship in 2015 and the Qualcomm Innovation Fellowship in 2016.
