Profile

Dr. Satish Bonam is a postdoctoral in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad. He received his Ph.D. degree in Microelectronics and VLSI from the Department of Electrical Engineering, at the Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad, India, and an M.Tech degree from Hyderabad Central University in integrated circuit technology. His research interests include 3D IC design, preparation of flexible materials for energy storage and sensor applications, and gas sensors for leak detection in industries.
