Ryan took his Master's in Electrical Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering in the University of the Philippines, Diliman. Currently, he is a junior faculty in the University. His research interests is in the field of digital microelectronics and neuro engineering. His dream is to establish a laboratory that focuses on brain-computer interfaces (BCI) and computational neurosciences in the Philippines. It would include full-stack development projects starting from integrated circuit design, digital signal processing, and software development. The goal is to create platforms and applications for health, general use, and entertainment.
