Profile

Katia Samperi, was born in Bronte, Catania, Italy in 1998. She received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Electronic Engineering from the University of Catania, Italy, in 2019 and 2021, respectively. She is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree at the University of Catania.

Her current research interests include wide-bandgap semiconductor, gallium nitride IC design for smart power applications and power circuits for new photovoltaic technologies.
