Abstract

This paper shows an implementation of sturdy-MASH delta-sigma modulator including a noise-coupling quantizer. Proposed scheme allows to improve SQNR without compromising stability. A sophisticated implementation of unity-stf further improves performance and achieves 30 dB higher SQNR.
