    Abstract

    This paper proposes a self-tuned series resonant power oscillator with the load-independent operation. The proposed load-independent oscillator has a self-tuned feedback loop for autonomously adjusting the operating frequency to the resonant frequency. Therefore, the proposed circuit maintains load- independent AC output with high efficiency against the variations in load and resonant components. The design method of the proposed oscillator is presented in this paper. The agreement between the analytical predictions and experiment shows the validity of the proposed design method.
