Abstract
We propose a straightforward and area-efficient self-stabilization technique that guarantees stability against PVT variation in ring amplifiers. Rather than using a fixed dead-zone voltage, the proposed technique varies the dead-zone voltage in the ring amplifier. It satisfies the stability requirement with minimal degradation on the accuracy. As a result, the ADC can sample a more stable voltage from the ring amplifier in the front-end circuit.
