In this work, we proposed PRU-Net to enhance PAM system from acoustic resolution to optical resolution in an algorithmic manner, which combine the advantage of penetration depth in AR imaging and the benefit of high resolution in OR imaging. The network is trained with real OR imaging dataset and its corresponding simulated AR image pairs, the image reconstruction results strongly proved that PRU-Net have the capability to enhance PAM image from acoustic resolution to optical resolution.
