    Abstract

This paper presents a wake-up receiver featuring-67.98 dBm sensitivity that enables amplitude shifting key (ASK)modulated signal based on backscattering technology. The wake-up receiver is implemented in 180~nm CMOS technology and consumes 2.5~nW with 0.8~V supply voltage when it demodulates a 915~MHz ASK signal with a data rate of 10~kbps.
