Abstract
This work presents a 65nm CMOS 64-channel fully-integrated wireless neural recording SoC for neuroscience researches. To shrink the PCB size connected to the small experimental animals, a single-coil 13.56MHz wireless power transfer receiver is proposed to feed the system. On the other hand, a replica-biased 0.35V 110dB PSRR LNA is proposed to tolerate the noisy power line caused by the wireless power harvesting and save the current consumption. The proposed system is also capable of wireless data transmitting with a 54Mb/s symbol rate. This is implemented by a 2.4/3.2GHz dual-band OOK transmitter, which supports meter-range wireless data transmission.
