    Abstract

    A facile process to fabricate meter-scale long stretchable conductive wire is developed based on the serpentine enameled wire embedded in stretchable elastomers. The wire shows high conductivity and mechanical stability with negligible effect on the analog and digital signal transmission. The BSN system is developed based on the fabricated stretchable conductive wires, wearable sensors, and a self-designed circuit boards for human motion detecting and posture identification. Due to the attractive performance and facile process, the BSN system can be developed as a promising platform to detect diverse human body motions, postures and vital signals for real-time health and motion monitoring.
