This paper presents an LMS-based crosstalk cancellation method for inter-channel crosstalk in multichannel ultrasound systems. Furthermore, for the broadband ultrasound signal, an additional method of band-split filtering is proposed, with which the noise residual can be reduced to 1.47%. The result shows that 88.9% of the crosstalk noise in narrowband and 98.53% of the crosstalk noise in broadband are eliminated.
