    Abstract

This work presents a tunable bandwidth bio-medical amplifier controlled by controlling the gain-bandwidth of highly linear rail-to-rail operational-amplifier. The proposed bio-medical amplifier capable to accommodate frequencies 50Hz to 10kHz to detect multiple bio-potential signals, using fixed and small load capacitance. The bio-medical amplifier consists of two stages each designed with constant TΩ MOS pseudo-resistors which provides controllability to the lower-cutoff frequency. Simulations in LT-spice using 90nm CMOS technology under 1V single supply voltage are performed to validate the performance of the proposed amplifier. High stability is maintained over the whole frequency ranges and the power consumption is not exceeding 3.28μW.
