Abstract
A high bandwidth readout interface circuit is designed for Hall sensors having a system bandwidth of >40 MHz. This interface circuit is designed to reduce the sensor offset and provide a fast response to any change detected in the magnetic field. Current spinning in combination with chopper stabilization technique is applied to the low-frequency signal to remove offset. In contrast, the high-frequency signal is directly filtered to reject the offset. This solution provides a high bandwidth interface design that allows full sensor bandwidth to be utilized.
