    Abstract

In this paper, a low-noise low-power IA design is demonstrated for the BioZ sensing applications. By exploiting positive-feedback-assisted gain boosting techniques, the proposed IA successfully solves the gain variation problem of the baseline IA, without compromising noise/power performances. In addition, the entire design parameters including transistor sizes, resistances, and capacitances are fully presented and will hopefully promote further research in future studies.
