    Abstract

Wearable devices have substantially grown in popularity in the last decades, and will continue to be innovated in the years to come. Points of innovation in wearable devices are in reliability, power consumption, security, and design(materials, size, comfort, cost). This paper discusses the design and manufacturing process of a flexible shoe insole with plantar pressure sensors and a temperature sensor in using dispense printing with conductive ink on a flexible substrate. The sensors fabricated with a conductive 3D printer show good linearity and are resistant to breakage.
