    Abstract

This work proposes a power-independent radio transmitter circuit with on-chip photodiodes with frequency modulation for biosensor transmission. The circuit comprises a self-oscillating voltage doubler, a voltage detector, and an LC power oscillator, and the frequency was modulated according to the output voltage of the biosensor. The operation confirmation is verified through a standard 65-nm CMOS technology simulation to show the possibility of the implementation of the circuit.
