The paper presents a fully integrated high-voltage 0.35 m CMOS capacitor-less Low-Dropout (LDO) voltage regulator for car’s battery-operated devices in automotive field. The LDO operates between two domains: 3V Vdd and 13.5 V of battery voltage, which can fluctuate. The load is a One Time Programmable (OTP), where the memory element is a dielectric antifuse: once programmed, it starts conducting. The LDO is able to steadily source the OTP to program the cells, without being sensitive to load capacitance and resistance variations. The LDO is composed by a single stage high gain opamp and a common source, working with a 300uA DC current to produce a 10 V output. Worst condition simulations show a robust response while delivering 10 mA to a 10 pF-variable resistance load. Settling time is <1uS. Output voltage error is lower than 5% at 6 sigma.
