    Abstract

    A CMOS low-voltage unity-gain amplifier is presented. It operates with 1-V supply voltage and has almost rail-to-rail input-output characteristics. Simulation results of the proposed circuit by using 0.18 ?um standard CMOS parameters show that the -?3 dB frequency is 60 MHz and the distortion is -?40 dB even at the same input voltage swing as the supply voltage.
